The On-The-Job Training Evaluator (OJE) Fundamentals training course builds on the fundamentals learned in the prerequisite course 000396. Specifically, the course teaches how to conduct a performance test in accordance with U.S. Department of Energy Good Practices. An overview is presented for the various names commonly used for or associated with OJT Evaluation. The course also explores potential performance test problems such as validity and reliability, performance test components, and the five steps of an OJT evaluation. The course consists of lecture, question and answer session, and exercises.
