Course Summary: The Root Cause Analysis Techniques Workshop course concentrates on skill development in performing formal, structured, root cause analysis. This course is a workshop in which students practice four root cause analysis techniques. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to successfully apply these techniques to identify problems, develop recommended solutions to correct immediate situations as well as prevent their recurrence, and evaluate these proposed solutions. There is no retrain frequency for this course.
