Course Summary:
The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Certified Project Designer Refresher course provides the retraining to certified project designers as regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. The retrain frequency for this course is 12 months.

Target Audience:
Those who design a response action in public or commercial buildings. It is recommended refresher training for industrial hygienists, engineers, architects, construction managers and estimators, and such consultants.

Course Prerequisites:
AHERA Certified Project Designer, Course 170579

Course Evaluation:
An AHERA controlled written examination will be used to measure whether or not the student has met the training objectives. The student must attain a score of 70 percent or higher on the written examination for successful course completion.

Course Length:
8 hours

Course Frequency:
One (1) time annually and upon request
