- Brief History of Performance Assessment;
- Selecting the Tool: Who, What, Where, When, Why, and
How (comparison of models);
- Focusing on the Real Issues: Symptoms, Causes, and Root
Causes;

Management
- Systemic Approach to the Assessment Process;
- Planning, Organizing, Directing, Controlling and
Presenting the Results;
- Customer Expectations and Involvement;
- Field Activities;

Measurement
- Developing Solutions and Recognizing Potential Barriers;
- Criteria Screens and Tools: What Does Success Look Like?
- Presentation of Results.
